Do you sell through dealers or reps?
No. We sell directly to healthcare professionals, so there is no middleman on your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and purchase orders for qualified accounts.
Do you offer price matching?
If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized dealer, contact us and we will review it.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Verified clinics, hospitals, GPOs and resellers can request contract pricing on our wholesale page. Net-30 terms are available for approved facilities.
What if I cannot find the item I need in your catalog?
Contact our team and we'll try to source it for you.
Do I need an account to order?
No — checkout works as a guest. Facilities can apply for a wholesale account.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 3 PM Central begin handling the same business day. Handling takes 0–5 business days and transit 3–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–11 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Ground shipping is a flat $9.99 per order within the contiguous United States, and free on orders of $250 or more.
Where does PriconMed ship from?
Minneapolis, Minnesota. Order cutoff is 3:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For Canadian and international orders, please contact our wholesale team.
What if an item is sold out?
Contact us for an estimated restock date — we can also suggest equivalent alternatives.
Products & returns
Where do your products come from?
Products are sourced from manufacturers and their distributors and ship in original manufacturer packaging, with lot traceability on sterile and regulated items. Regulatory status varies by product; see the manufacturer labeling for each item.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, non-sterile items in sellable condition may be returned within 60 days. Sterile, opened, or personalized items are non-returnable. See the refund policy for details.
